The design concept may be revolutionary, the aesthetics stylish and on-trend, but if your design is difficult to manufacture it may not be possible to price it competitively or, worse still, bring it to market at all.

Having expert insight at the early stages of production can help to design out problems that can result in costly re-workings, performance or quality issues. Importantly it can identify ways of streamlining production and reduce manufacturing costs. 

So, whether you are planning large-scale ongoing production or a limited run, designing for manufacture can have a huge impact on the financial viability of your product and help ensure that you achieve an acceptable margin.

Our engineers use Solidworks and Radan CAD CAM software, and can accept a range of commonly used files types including:

• IGES
• PDF
• Solidworks
• Inventor.
