The Quality Management System of Hitherbest Limited was assessed by the British Standards Institution on 4th August 1992 and the Hitherbest Quality Assurance System was found to be in accordance with the requirements on EN 9002:1987 and approval was granted.
As the BSI Quality Specification developed through ISO 9002:1987, BS5750 Part 2:1987 and BS EN ISO 9002:1994, Hitherbest Limited maintained BSI approval through all of these developments culminating in the ultimate approval to the current BSI Specification BS EN ISO 9001:2000
Quality Policy
The Company's declared Policy is to be both Market Driven and Quality Orientated such that the customers needs are met in all aspects of the Company's operations.
To achieve this it is recognised that the Company requires an Operational Environment that will be conducive to good quality. This environment will be cultivated and maintained by operating within the scope of this quality manual and the controls and standards detailed within BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.
It is understood that 'good quality' is derived from a process of continuous improvement and by creating a culture and environment where all employees can contribute positively to their individual and collective processes.
To this end this company quality policy shall form an integral part of all employees' induction and shall be reinforced at each opportunity during training and business awareness programmes.
